Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S Dollars (USD). Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept most major credit cards, paypal, and venmo. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. XOCO is not responsible for delays once packages are with the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If products arrive damaged please take photos of the damaged product, the shipping box, the packing material, and the shipping label as we must file a claim through shopify. Please reach out to us at xoconostle@protonmail.com
